Job Description

Prior is a young company with a strong technological DNA that strives to build the best mobile and web solutions for our clients working in the on-demand economy. We work with restaurants, coffee shops and cafeterias helping them build an online presence with their own mobile apps and ordering websites that allow them to strengthen their brand and increase customer loyalty by providing an easy to use online ordering and payment platform that they can customize and adapt to their needs.
We currently power thousands of transactions every month for our partners all over Spain with very little overhead to their daily activity and without the high costs associated with using the usual aggregator type ordering platforms and our goal is to keep improving the tools we provide and expand our reach to clients all over Europe and overseas.

You are expected to:

- Be the owner of the sales process for a B2B SaaS platform
- Have established contacts and connections in Food & Beverages, Hospitality, Retail
- Seeking and generating business leads, both outbound (emailing, calling, attending events) and inbound (website signups, paid media campaigns, social media)
- Owning and maintaining a sales pipeline via our CRM: Taking leads from first contact to close with quantifiable effectiveness
- Being the point person for Sales while nurturing potential and existing customers by:
- Understand their business needs and concerns
- Identify opportunities to solve said needs and how they fit with our value proposition
- Routing and intermediating queries or concerns to respective team member (engineering, product, customer success)
- Work autonomously towards monthly sales objectives and KPIs as well as report on progress/success
- Work collaboratively with engineering, product and customer success to define and develop Prior’s value proposition
- Eager to contribute to the company’s vision and be a key part in its success while making sure our values are present in everything we do

About you:

- 2 years experience in selling to SME’s, ideally in the context of a SaaS product and in the food & beverages industry
- Proven ability to deliver on sales goals and KPIs while being driven by making an impact in a new and emerging industry
- Proficiency in using a digital CRM tool to manage sales process
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills and fluency in English
- Demonstrable experience and contacts in the food&beverage industry is a plus
- Efficiency in managing time and work load so customers’ expectations are exceeded
