At Hu:toma AI we are building a team of fearless Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to help us to achieve our ambitious new business goals within Spain and the UK. The ideal SDR is an excellent Spanish and English speaker who will partner with the team to feed our sales funnel and to qualify and engage prospective customers.
The position is quite hands-on and the candidate must have the ability to feel comfortable in an early-stage startup environment.
As an SDR you will:
*Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches, in order to schedule qualified meetings.
*Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Hu:toma provides.
*Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce.
*Work closely in a team in developing new ways to increase awareness of Hu:toma and to evolve and improve the lead qualification process.
*Fluent in Spanish and English.
*Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
*Results-oriented person with strong drive and perseverance.
*Hands-on and ability to work independently as well.
