You'll be and/or have:

- Working with a small, fast moving team.
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch and Redis is valued
- Identifying bottlenecks, using tools to diagnose and refactor code for scale
- Ensuring the robustness, performance and failure characteristics of the system.
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), continuous integration
- Taking ownership - managing issues, releases and ensuring quality
- You understand that you may not know everything but you know how to ask the right questions
