Founded in 2012, Botify is a SaaS
platform which provides data-driven search marketers the information and
insights they need to optimize their websites, to grow traffic from SEO
and social channels on desktop and mobile devices.
Within only
a few years, Botify has grown quickly. From offices in New York, Paris
and London, the team works with over 400 customers spanning 30
countries. Customers range from small businesses to global enterprises
in various sectors, including e-travel (Airbnb, Expedia, Odigeo group,
Agoda), e-commerce (Farfetch, Lazada/Rocket Internet, John Lewis), media
(Axel Springer, Refinery29, Wikia, Time Inc.), classified listings

The Job:
As a member of the R&D team, the QA tester will coordinate and conduct testing on a project-by-project basis, and:
- Develop test plans and test cases, run test scripts, provide test reports for each application;
- Report and record defect and bugs in a timely manner; assess their priority and severity; and close resolved issues;
- Provide
regular follow up on the applications quality, identifying issues and
provide qualified reporting into our issue tracking tool (Jira);
- Ensure our action plans are on track and optimized, working closely with Marketing, Development and Design team
- Review functional specification and design documents to create test plans and ensure that all requirements are testable;
- Continuously look for ways to improve the quality assurance process
Your skills:
- You are passionate about technology and web and/ or SEO
- You are startup minded, and eager to work in a flexible and evolving environment
- Previous
experience testing complex web-based applications, including preparing,
documenting, and executing test criteria, test cases, test scripts, and
test plans
- Excellent communication skills, strong sense of organization.
