    About The Role

    We are looking for a Product Solutions Specialist to join our enthusiastic
    Enterprise Product team.

    As a Product Solutions Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

    • Provide technical support during the sales process (RFPs, proposals,
      and more).
    • Collaborate with other teams across Cobee to enhance the onboarding process for new customers from a technical and product perspective.
    • Conduct discovery calls with our trained Sales Representatives.
    • Create and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate product features and technical capabilities.
    • Lead each new customer launch from a technical perspective, hand in hand with Customer Success.
    • Become an expert in our product and technical capabilities.

    Main challenges

    • Support sales team from a technical point of view and present technical
      proposal to the customers.
    • Validate, from a technical perspective, the opportunities the sales team
      brings.
    • Present and discuss technical implementation with the customer's IT
      department.
    • Define a process to test and validate the technical solutions provided to
      the customer.
    • Understand the technical needs of the customer and propose a best in
      class solution within the product capabilities, being able to define the
      scope of the solution.
    • Coordinate the implementation of the project once it has been sold to
      the customer (with the help of the rest of stakeholders involved).
    • Navigating the complexities of integrating diverse systems, platforms,
      and technologies while ensuring seamless functionality and user
      experience. This includes dealing with various APIs, data formats, and
      custom solutions across different environments.
    • Document best practices to integrate with the product and provide good
      examples to the customers, so the technological advantages can be
      translated into "commercial language".
    • Continuously align with the Cobee Engineering teams in terms of
      software development best practices, internal processes and
      frameworks.
    • Communicate with product managers and product teams to provide
      technical support for developing new products or features.
    • Be aware of competitor's process and bring new ways to innovate our
      processes.

    You are

    • Used to communicating with the technical and commercial people
      involved in the sales process.
    • Highly organised and able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
      without compromising quality or deadlines.
    • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a keen ability to anticipate
      challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
    • Proficient in presenting technical solutions to non-technical profiles.
    • Experienced in connecting the dots between customer needs, technical,
      and business capabilities of the product.
    • Experience in presenting a clear project definition shared with the
      customer, identifying main risks, blockers and testing requirements.
    • Used to working under uncertainty, managing complex input from
      several stakeholders.

      You have

      • 2+ years of proven solutions engineer or product solutions, technical
        support, or similar role experience in a successful tech company.
      • Experience working with APIs, web services, and understanding of
        networking concepts.
      • Experience working and communicating with business and technical
        stakeholders, both internal and customer facing.
      • Experience working in fast-paced, agile teams, and a deep
        understanding of software development in a team.
      • Experience in owning, defining and delivering a project plan in a clientfacing capacity.
      • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
      • A positive attitude; you welcome failure and learn from it.
      • Solid problem-solving skills, highly analytical, attention to detail.
      • Solid organisational skills.
