Product Owner in Barcelona

We are seeking a strong e-commerce Product Owner to join our talented team based in Barcelona.

You will work hand in hand with the Product Manager to make sure the product strategy is effectively executed.

What we’ll expect from you and help you achieve in your role

• Translate the product roadmap and strategy into incremental, actionable user stories and tasks.

• Manage and prioritize your product backlog so that it is aligned with company goals and strategy.

• Be an Agile Product Owner, driving the execution of the roadmap with the scrum team in a timely manner.

• Work together with Product Management, User Experience and Development teams to define, implement, test and validate product features based on data.

• Participate in the daily scrums, sprint planning meetings and sprint reviews and retrospectives.

• Be an Agile champion, embracing and evangelizing the Agile principles and lean philosophy.

• Help maintain product documentation

Your qualifications & skills

• 3 years of experience as Scrum Product Owner for online products. Bonus points for e-commerce products.

• Ability to gather complex requirements and translate them into detailed user stories for execution.

• Analytical skills - ability to organise and transform lots of input into actionable points.

• Team player with true love for the core Agile principles and familiar with lean development philosophy.

• Good understanding of analytics and interpretation of data.

• Interest in the core drivers of the business and ability to prioritize according to them.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: ability to explain actions taken and outcomes achieved in a simple and clear way.

• Experience in developing web and mobile solutions.

• Solution oriented, positive attitude and focused on delivery.
