Job Description

TOQIO (toq.io) enables any business, not just banks, to create game changing, data driven, finance propositions that can be rapidly deployed to their customers where and when they need it.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to create the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release and to make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analysis.

As a Product Manager you will:

  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development and product launch
  • Identify and analyze potential partners and solutions to integrate into Toqio ́s platform.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Manage with Marketing Team the product launch and communication
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing and sales teams on the development, release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our features across primary market segments
  • Follow-up customer satisfaction, metrics and KPI to prioritize the developments

Experience required:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager role with experience in SaaS-based business platforms & B2B Fintech.
  • Bachelor in Engineering/ Business Administration
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Experience in analysis and documentation management.
  • Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience / knowledge in the payments, financial services, technology or FX industry

Must have skills:

  • Have excellent analytical skills in order to evaluate business processes, anticipate new requirements, identify areas for improvement, as well as the development and implementation of solutions.
  • Highly effective cross-functional team management skills
  • Organisational and communication skills both in english and spanish
  • Self-assertion and negotiation skills.
  • Be a highly proactive person
  • Analytical and commercially sharp

  • Experience leading and supporting successful projects.

    • Salary proposal for Integration Product Manager 60.000€ to 75.000€ gross annual base salary depending on the candidate’s knowledge and experience.
