Restb.ai solutions are designed to help all players along the real estate value chain (listing portals, agents, owners, banks, asset managers, property managers, appraisal companies, renovation, insurance, and investors). Our solutions are mostly API-based and are integrated into the back-end of the most innovative real estate companies in the world. Restb.ai is active in 40 countries, with the majority of business in the United States and Canada. Our proprietary property intelligence platform (focus of this role) is focused on North America.
The role is entirely in English, and any CVs/resumes in other languages will not be considered.
What You'll Do (Main Duties and Responsibilities)
- Dive into client needs to understand their pain points and opportunities to build valuable products
- Collaborate closely with our tech, marketing, AI product, and sales teams, ensuring a unified approach to product development and client satisfaction
- Create compelling presentations, visualizations, and documentation that clearly communicate product value and data insights.
- Develop simple but functional Python scripts for prototyping and querying our extensive database, crafting solutions that translate complex data into actionable insights. Prototyping may also be done in other tools (like Excel, for example)
- Utilize your understanding of statistics to generate and test analytics, providing meaningful conclusions from our data for real estate stakeholders
What you need (Desired Skills and Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree, with a quantitative focus (Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Architecture, etc.) and a strong interest in data and artificial intelligence
- Past experience in roles that include substantial data analytics (2+ years)
- Creative problem-solving abilities with bias for action, thriving in unstructured environments, eager to build products from the ground up, knowing that perfect is the enemy of good
- Experience extracting actionable insights from large amounts of data, building queries and manipulate large datasets for prototyping/testing products
- Growth mindset, willing to give and receive feedback and dedication to self-improvement, learning with the team
- Native-level English, with excellent written and oral communication – Time spent living in the United States or Canada is a plus – CV or resumes in other languages than English won’t be considered
- Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
