Our first product was a new way for small businesses to turn their sales receivables into working capital. After expanding the business to the UK and Spain in 2020, now the focus is on further serving SMEs’ needs through new financial products and enabling the platform to reach new heights.
Leveraging cutting-edge technology, we offer an easy-to-use, cost-effective service, which is integrated with different channel partners who have the appetite to help SMEs get quicker and cheaper access to financing such as neobanks, accountants and accounting software providers.
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to take part in the exciting journey, and make the access to finance of millions of SMEs worldwide easier!
What will you do
- You will lead both discovery (research, product analysis, and market insights) and delivery (development, release, and testing).
- You will own the roadmap of your domain, monitor and measure the success of the delivery.
- You will work closely with UX & Design and Data Analytics teams to identify and scope new opportunities.
- You will work with the rest of the product team to define the product strategy and will be responsible for maintaining a product backlog prioritised and aligned.
- You will become the subject matter expert of your domain for internal stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration and communication across the organisation.
- You will work with product leaders to set your team's objective and key results, aligned with the company goal.
You will love this job if you are
- 2+ years of product management or equivalent experience, preferably in FinTech.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering/technology.
- Strong customer focus and experience shaping product discovery and delivery based on company goals.
- Comfort leading a high-performing squad to continuous delivery.
- Hunger to work on complicated and impactful product & business problems.
- Transform ambiguity into well-defined problems, hypotheses, and solutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment working with agile methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and logical structuring abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You make complex ideas understandable for multiple audiences.

We’ll let you know how things went in less than a week! If it still seems like a good fit all around, we’ll share a challenge that is expected to be completed within one (1) week. You will get a description of the expectations in terms of deliverables and the way those will be presented.
Last but not least, you might get an additional call from other relevant stakeholders for a half an hour conversation regarding communication, collaboration, and other relevant topics from previous conversations.
