Prime Trader, a pioneering social trading and gamified cryptocurrency exchange, seeks an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead our product unit. The ideal candidate has experience developing fintech or DeFi products and will possess a blend of business acumen, deep technical knowledge, and a customer-oriented mindset to drive product strategy and innovation. The Product Lead will work closely with our C-Level Team, and the Tech Leads to convey our vision and ensure our platform's features are user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging. Experience with blockchain is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with PT's goals and market needs. Work closely with the CTO and other stakeholders to integrate technical and business aspects into a product roadmap to update the team on development progress and plans.
- Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional product team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Improve user journeys and gamification features by proactively suggesting enhancements based on user feedback and industry trends.
- Establish agile and lean practices within the product team, facilitating continuous improvement, rapid iteration, and a focus on delivering value.
Qualifications:
- Extensive and proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Tech PM, or similar role in fintech or gaming companies.Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and Web3 services is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in market analysis, product strategy development, and roadmap execution.
- Familiarity with front-end development and the ability to work closely with development teams.
- Experience with UX/UI design principles, game design or gamification is highly valued.
- Proven experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
- A user-centered approach to design and a keen eye for detail
