We are working as a bridge between business and tech with an ultimate goal: ensuring product success. We aim to build great products that solve our customers’ problems in a delightful way.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our team is seeking a Product Intern to help with the discovery and analysis of our suite of SaaS apps, the Brand Performance Cloud, with a specific focus on Discover, our media monitoring app and Insights, our competitive benchmarking app.

  • Discover enables brands to track and analyze their media presence across various channels, including print, online and social.
  • Insights empowers brands to compare their performance against competitors. By leveraging data-driven insights, users can gain a comprehensive understanding of their market positioning, identify areas of improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.

As a Product Intern on our team, you will work with Product Managers in operational tasks linked to the discovery and analysis of our products. You will collaborate closely with business teams to translate observations into insights linked to product opportunities, and assist in internal support and enablement as sources of valuable insights, driving the success of our Brand Performance Cloud.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing inbound observations and questions from our internal teams, linking them to known product opportunities in our Product Management tool, ProductBoard.
Identifying, recording and escalating untracked product opportunities proposed by our business teams to Product Managers, formulating preliminary hypotheses.
  • Identifying and escalating areas for improvement in the management of suggestions, and internal questions and support received through our internal support tool, Jira.
  • Creating and updating ad-hoc materials in our support center tool, Helpjuice, as necessary and escalating areas that need further investigation or enablement.
  • Understanding and documenting our key competitors products to help identify areas of improvement and advantage.
  • Participating in customer interviews and processing observations into insights linked to relevant opportunities.
  • Participating in the definition phase of features and fixes with deeper qualitative or quantitative analysis, enriching the proposed solutions with relevant insights as needed.
  • Measuring the success of adoption with user tracking tools such as Fullstory or doing more complete analysis in Google Sheets or Data Studio.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are currently a student at a business, design or engineering school or equivalent university and are looking for a 6-month internship (gap year or end-of-studies).
  • You have a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • You have a track record of delivering high-quality work in your studies or previous work experiences.
  • You have a strong instinct for user-centered design principles and design thinking.
  • You are familiar with product discovery and product analysis topics, and feel comfortable using spreadsheets, backlog tracking tools, and product monitoring tools.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills. You can articulate your thoughts clearly and persuasively.
  • You have a fundamental understanding of technology and the marketing industry.
  • You are fluent in English and can communicate effectively with colleagues from different parts of the world.

    Extra-Credit:
