As a Product Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers and internal teams have the knowledge and skills they need to effectively use and promote our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and customer support to develop and deliver impactful enablement programs.

Let us tell you more: We are currently growing our Product Enablement team, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Enablement Manager to join us to lead it. You will be a key player in ensuring our customers fully leverage our SaaS solutions, and will also play a crucial role in measuring the success of training programs and directly impacting our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

We expect you to be proactive, comfortable with building programs from scratch, able to work in a fast-paced environment and build solutions that can scale and drive success. You will be leading initially a team of two wonderful Product Enablement Specialists, for a B2B software with more than 25 products in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gain a deep understanding of our software and its features.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance training materials, including product documentation, videos, emails, and other resources.
  • Customize and deliver product training to customers if neededfast-paced, both on-site and remotely.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Product Marketing to develop product enablement initiatives that align with our GTM strategies in 9 markets.
  • Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on customer success and adoption.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement in product enablement and GTM efforts.
  • Manage a team of two product enablement specialists, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Creating processes, managing our LMS and other potential frameworks and artefacts.

  • Proactivity: Driven, energetic, and proactive, with a passion for driving results and making a positive impact.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, Hubspot, automations and customer marketing is valued but not mandatory.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in product enablement, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and measure KPIs to assess training effectiveness.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to influence GTM strategies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Experience in managing a small team.
  • Very high level of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Additional languages will be highly valued.
