Key responsibilities 🚀

  • International talent acquisition (IT, sales, etc …)  and recruitment processes.

  • HR process optimization, overseeing automation and process efficiency.

  • Assistance for training and development planning.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Contribute to career track development and position leveling.

  • Understand company goals and collaborate cross-functionally to generate new, creative ideas that support the growth and development of our teams.

  • Work with external recruiters, international candidates.

  • Gather, monitor and analyze data with useful HR metrics/KPIs. (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).

  • Nurture a positive working environment.

  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.

  • Collaborate on in-house recruitment events hosted by the company.

  • Review the department’s budget.

Requirements 📖

  • 4+ years of proven working experience.

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Labor relations, Master's degree in human resources or equivalent.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication and people skills and a solid understanding of labor legislation.

  • Ability to recognize trends within the company and design systematic goal-oriented HR initiatives.

  • Ability to build and scale initiatives in a fast-growing company with a focus on execution.

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
