Manage 5 Kitchen Managers, who are responsible for overseeing day to day operations in our 5 Kitchens across Spain.
Own all performance related KPIs (Number of Couriers, % Orders On-Time, Avg. delivery times, Cost per delivery, etc).
Work closely with City Managers to identify the root causes of any poor performance in their kitchens and develop innovative solutions to improve performance.
Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting at kitchen levels to understand our performance.
Follow NPS and other customer satisfaction metrics to understand how we can improve and implement changes to make it happen
Lead collaboration between Kitchen Managers and Marketing&Tech team to define and create new tools and features
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in related fields (Restaurant business, last mile delivery or logistics)
Data driven/analytical, deep knowledge of Excel required, VBA is a plus
Clear and structured communication - Some of your team will be remote so it is essential that you are an excellent communicator
Data-driven, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with a thorough understanding of the difficulties of managing people

Availability to travel
