The Office Manager is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as providing support to our executives and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities. A successful Office Manager will play a pivotal role in our company's management and distribution of internal and external information. Futhermore, the Office Manager will shape internal processes in order to make the company more efficient.

Your Primary Tasks Include
Bank reconciliations and payments control
Optimize and standardize internal and external procedures
Your Secondary Tasks Include
Organization of internal files/docs
Keep track of schedules and meetings
Facilitate client on-boarding processes
Facilitate new employee on-boarding processes
Oversee time tracking of each client and employee
Professional proficiency of English language is required
Professional proficiency of Spanish language is preferred
Background in accounting is preferred
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Great people skills
Experience in a startup is preferred
Experience working in Google sheets, and docs
Proven work experience as an in accounting, bookkeeping, HR or relevant role
Design skills are a plus
