What are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Lead who will play a pivotal role in the product team, leading data analytics efforts to inform and guide product decisions. This role demands not only a hands-on approach to data analysis using SQL and Python but also an exceptional ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly language. With a strong emphasis on digital B2C experience, the Data Lead will significantly contribute to the product strategy, directly impacting the success of the business and its products.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and actively engage in data analytics, ensuring high-quality data insights for product decision-making.
- Translate complex data analysis into concise, clear business language for effective communication with the product team.
- Hire, train, and manage a data analyst team, focusing on strong product understanding and technical skills.
- Develop and oversee quality assurance processes within the data team to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data outputs.
- Collaborate closely with the product and tech teams to align data analysis with product requirements and technical needs.
