What will you do?:
Assist our customers during the integration of Photoslurp on their E-Commerce sites.
Investigate
technical issues reported by our end-users, their technical teams, or
our Customer Success team, and provide effective solutions that
guarantee that our customers can get the most out of the Photoslurp
service.
Monitor existing Photoslurp integrations in order to
identify and anticipate any technical issues which customer’s tech team
should check using in-house tools and tools that you will help build.
Work together with the Technical Support lead on improving the department internal processes/tools.
Maintain technical support documentation to help customers integrate Photoslurp on their E-Commerce sites without a hassle.
What will you learn?

indepth experience and understand the intricacies of the major
e-commerce platforms (i.e: Magento, Shopify, Prestashop, WooCommerce,
VTEX, etc.)
Gain insights on how the various components of a SaaS platform work together from a full-stack perspective
Master your skills of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript by working closely with our Senior Tech Team.
Understand how to debug and improve our native E-Commerce platforms modules
How to capture customer’s feedback to suggest improvements to the product team.
Learn
about all the aspects of a SaaS startup in our bi-weekly “Beer Friday”
meetings, where the different teams present their challenges, updates
and learnings.
What we require from you?:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
Good command of English, both spoken and written. Spanish is welcomed, too.
Good attitude towards learning and strong determination to help customers solve any problem they report.
Understanding and Passion for Technology and E-Commerce.
Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and their internals are a bonus.
Attention to detail is a must.
Team player and collaborative.
Positive Attitude, high energy, and results-oriented.
