Mission:
As a Junior SEO Specialist you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence to improve search rankings, increase organic traffic, and boost conversion rates. Focusing on keyword searches, backlinking and technical SEO you will work on reaching to more potential clients.
You will:
- Collaborate with sales and growth teams, and perform competitive analysis to identify high-value target keywords.
- Define and implement on-page SEO best practices, ensuring website content is optimized for user experience and search engine visibility.
- Work with the growth team on conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
- Define and implement netlinking, and off-page strategies to ensure content partnerships with strong stakeholders in the industry.
- Define technical SEO best practices, and identify areas for improvements including site speed and mobile responsiveness. Work with our growth engineer and web designer to roll out enhancements.
- Track, analyze, and report on data to measure SEO effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm changes and SEO industry trends.
About you:
- You have previous experience with and a big passion for SEO.
- You aim more for self- improving your skills and knowledge then only doing your daily tasks.
- You have a mind full ideas that you are not afraid to share.
- When necessary you take initiative in delivering, improving or helping others.
- Balance between impact and priorities is something that comes naturally to you.
- Data and analytics are good friend in improving your work.
- Proficiency in analytics and research tools (like GA4, AHREFs or SEMrush, Looker Studio) is a big plus!
