About Folio:
-We’re a London & Barcelona based team building a mobile savings platform for the next generation.
-We’re on the hunt for a junior iOS developer to support our mobile
lead from our Barcelona offices. Folio is a small company with big
plans, and you have the chance to get in right from the start.
Key Responsibilities:
-Contribute to a compelling and secure mobile application based around business use cases
-Integrate mobile apps with RESTful web services including our own, as well as other common social media platforms.
-Build and support responsive, reliable user interfaces using the core platform API
-Collaborate with the product, marketing and business teams
-Improve existing process to speed-up development and delivery of new features and capabilities for the product
Experience and Skills:
-Proficient with Swift/keen to adapt your prior experience with Objective C
-Expert in integrating to RESTful web services
-Extensive knowledge of iOS common software design patterns
-Awareness of apple design guidelines and principles
-Experience with social APIs (Facebook, Twitter) integration
-Experience with debugging and fixing issues in iOS application
-Experience with AutoLayout, CoreGraphics and CoreAnimation
-Developing unit/integration test for improving application quality
-Experience with GIT or equivalent
-Experience with Jenkins or equivalent continuous delivery systems
-Understanding and exposure to Agile software development practices
-Energetic and with can do attitude
-Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment,
working closely with product experts and adapting to evolving
requirements

-We’re based out of Second Home, just off Brick Lane in London, and Betahaus in the quiet neighbourhood of Gràcia in Barcelona.
