At Tidart (Kimia Group), we are a data-driven digital agency specializing in performance marketing, applying a scientific approach to media planning and traffic acquisition. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (SEM/PPC) to join our team and help us maximize our clients' ROI.

What you will do:

✔ Design, launch, and manage Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns, as well as Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Spotify, and Amazon Advertising.
✔ Develop a digital strategy for clients and help them to implement it from the start.
✔ Maintain direct communication and build strong relationships with clients.
✔ Create, launch, and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
✔ Ensure campaign content is maintained and updated.
✔ Analyze and optimize campaign performance by adjusting ads, reviewing budgets, and improving ROI.
✔ Optimize accounts by editing ads, reviewing budgets, and improving performance.
✔ Contribute to proposal development for potential new clients.

What we’re looking for:

• 2 years of experience in digital advertising.
• 2 years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset – ability to understand, articulate, and resolve client needs.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience working with other platforms such as Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Spotify, or Amazon Advertising would be valuable.
• Knowledge of analytics would be valuable.
• Experience with performance-based campaigns. Previous experience with digital e-commerce campaigns will be highly valued, including dynamic campaigns and usage of Google Merchant Center (GMC) and Facebook Catalog.
