Job Description

We’re reinventing early childhood education through an online language learning platform for kids. We adopt the Netflix model to help children learn the English language via a content platform and online live classes with millions of users. We believe in breaking down language barriers and helping provide equal opportunities to all kids around the world.

We’re looking for an exceptional HR Manager to help us grow the team and manage our talent. You want to take on big challenges, are passionate about creating a highly performing team and thrive in a small startup environment.

Responsibilities


Partner with CEO to create a highly performing team (think spartans)
Help defining a strong company culture
Hiring process: Attracting the best talent
Paperwork: Contracts, NDAs, Visas, etc
Energy: Organizing events, team retreats, etc
Onboarding / Offboarding processes
Manage Payroll, Holidays, salary reviews, etc
Performance reviews, growing talent, etc

About You


5+ years of work experience
2+ years of recruiting experience
2+ years of talent management experience (traditional HR in a company)
Experience working at a fast-paced, small technology company (<50 employees)
Success in attracting, assessing, and closing highly skilled candidates
Driven by analytics and experimentation; Strong decision-making with imperfect information
