As the Head of Product at Last.app, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing our product strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning business goals with user needs, to deliver outstanding products that elevate the restaurant experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to bring products from concept to market.
Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and industry trends.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for product improvement.
Monitor product performance, analyze user data, and iterate on features to enhance user satisfaction.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels to ensure all teams are aligned on product goals and timelines.
Drive a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging metrics and insights to inform product strategy.
Requisitos
Proven experience as a senior product manager or head of product in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Experience working closely with development teams and understanding technical constraints.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
