PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus on what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.
We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3500 companies such as Colvin, 21Buttons or Misterfly to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and in Spain we’ll be more then 60 people at the end of 2020. We have raised 95M€ to keep growing.
Your opportunity
Based in Barcelona, as a Head of Product you will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of PayFit Spain 🇪🇸working at the heart of the adventure: the PayFit HR platform. You’ll report directly to the Country Manager in Spain and you’ll be part of the Spanish leadership team.
Your missions ⭐️
Product Ownership : Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for our PayFit product. Define and build the next features so that PayFit becomes the best payroll and HR management solution ever conceived in Spain. You will face the challenge to lead a Product organization which is working with its own programming language: JetLang.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead the Product team everyday!You’ll directly manage the Product Team Manager (in charge of a squad of 7 Product Builders) and the Product Owner in charge of the roadmap evolution.Since the department is in continuous growth you’ll take the lead on Product Department hiring plan in order to build a motivated and fulfilled team!
Cross-team collaboration: On one side you’ll work closely with our “Growth” departments in Spain (Marketing, Sales, Customer) to define the local product needs. With the other heads of and the country manager, you’ll have to define the right Product/Market fit. On the other side you’ll collaborate with our Global Product team mainly based in Paris to ensure technical and strategic alignment with the rest of the international markets.
Culture and process : Build a culture of product excellence, setting a consistently high bar for execution and delivery of highly engaging experiences. Define processes to ensure scalability and product efficiency while creating best-in-class customer experiences.

You have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Team Management or other relevant work experiences ideally in a SaaS business and start-up mindset.
You studied Engineering, it doesn't really matter the branch! You have experience in managing and leading a product team of more than 10 people.
You have natural leadership and an ability to unite and inspire teams.
You have a business oriented mindset and HR sector affinity
You have the ability to demonstrate curiosity, initiative, & willingness to creatively solve problems.
You are self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Evidence of using user experience, research and data to steer product thinking.
You have your point of view on how to create scalable and productive product organizations.
Like to understand a unique architecture: the JetLang, our home programming language.
Ability to work with different teams and in an international environment.
