Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced (4 yrs+) marketing manager to lead our growth marketing activity and leave a lasting impact on global healthcare.

You will be responsible for building and growing the Vine Health brand and acquiring new customers

Brand and Product Marketing

* Work with the Co-Founders to develop the Vine Health brand and help build the business into a recognised and trusted healthcare leader
* Support the Co-Founders in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy
* Oversee product and marketing alignment; ensuring a consistent customer-centric experience across all touch points.

Growth Marketing and Customer Engagement

* Build our understanding of our audiences behaviours and develop a channel strategy to reach and engage them
* Use your experience of digital and traditional marketing techniques to build meaningful B2B partnerships, acquire new patient users at scale and develop awareness and relationships with the NHS, hospitals, Trusts, doctors, nurses and other clinicians
* Use a data-driven approach to acquire, engage and retain users on the platform and contribute to an outstanding customer experience and community

Internal and External Comms

* Promote awareness of Vine Health with external stakeholders including the media, analysts and investors
* Support the Co-Founders brand by developing regular thought leadership and social media posts and identifying relevant events to attend and speaking opportunities
* Develop and manage a programme of in person events to connect our users and ensure that the customers are always at the center of everything we do

We're a young company, so you'll need to get your hands dirty and no two weeks will be the same. The ability to cope with uncertainty and rapid change is crucial.
