Building an advertising platform that answers our client marketing objectives requires strong product managers and great software developers, but it also demands excellence from the commercial and operations teams. To connect both product and operational worlds, Criteo can count on Product Experts whose goals are to ensure that products are best brought to market, correspond to client expectations and that their revenue grows.
The Creative Product Expertise team is, therefore, co-accountable for the customer success and growth of our products, with a particular mandate over the management of creative and analytical knowledge across our field operations teams as well as the collection of market feedback. As part of the Global Operations team, members build a relationship and have a direct line with product management and field operations, granting them great autonomy to influence the full cycle of a product’s life.
Every day, you will… 
Develop understanding and in-depth knowledge of the Criteo’s Creative Product, including technical inner workings of products, their business functionality and performance, their managed and self-service controls and best practices, and our product improvement strategy and roadmap. 
·       Review the product line strategy, the Creative product roadmap and the R&D’s objectives and key results (OKRs),
·       Attend and participate in recurring discussions with Product Management, Product Analytics and other internal groups,
·       Assist Product Management in the writing of technical documentations in a way that is broadly digestible,
·       Dig into technical specifications and data models to get a complete understanding of the product’s underlying architecture.
Act as an analytical expert as well as a Creative product evangelist, providing support and opportunities to field creative consultants (CS), field analytics (AX), and advertising operations (AdOps) teams in order to converge toward the most successful use and extension of our Creative products. 
·       Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, responding to business/creative product priorities.
·       Leverage your expertise to deliver actionable insights to the field.
·       Prepare operations team with trainings, processes and tools to build a product expertise on the field (i.e., in all our markets),
·       Collect and answer creative and analytical questions in a way that contributes to maintaining a global expertise,
·       Monitor, fix or escalate technical issues around existing creative product reports to maintain their performance,
·       Exchange and debate the need of new features that contribute to customer success and revenue,
·       Identify data storytelling opportunities that could solidify our product’s position on the market.  
Become a trusted advisor to our product managers and product solutions strategists, best connecting our client marketing objectives with our services, increasing customer success and participating in the rollout, growth and maturity of products. 
·       Challenge the roadmap to ensure that our products are performing and run smoothly,
·       Provide relevant inputs into product improvements with business cases collected from field teams,
·       Help in the design of new features, test new development releases and provide immediate feedback,
·       Track product performance, both adoption rate and outcome for clients, and look for levers of improvements.
