Voodoo is one of the most impressive examples of hypergrowth in the ecosystem, having multiplied its turnover by 5 over the past few years.

With more than 300 employees around the world, we would love you to apply to join an ambitious, innovative and international company!

What is Voodoo’s Culture all about?

We recruit passionate and creative profiles, who combine data and new technologies to disrupt the mobile market. Driven by a test-and-learn culture, we welcome wonderfully talented people wishing to undertake and manage unique, ambitious and challenging projects. Our goal is to foster excellence, both individual and communal, which to us means solving problems by breaking the rules, learning fast and autonomously and delivering with the best execution.

Before applying, you need to know that the company’s Culture is very important to us. Our employees evolve within an environment designed to be a centre for fulfillment. You will be the link between our data organization and multiple teams working on games in development or live. You will assist them through the different stages of the game development cycle: implementation of events tracking, analyses of performance of early prototypes, performance assessment of games to launch, optimization of live games and content. We expect you to match the high standards of rigor needed to carefully assess the potential of a game and identify areas of improvement to clearly communicate your results with the game teams. You will become an undisputed expert in game analytics, earning the trust of your collaborators through rigorous and efficient work.

What do we expect?

- At least 2 years of analytical work experience in the gaming, tech or data-driven industry.

- Good knowledge of statistical analysis and concepts used for industry-standard methods like AB testing or forecasting.

- Autonomous person with a strong analytical mind, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

- Ability to understand a business problem, turn it into an analytics/statistics problem and solve it using adequate methods.

- Highly pragmatic mindset with the ability to quickly identify what needs to be focused on and what can be considered of lower priority.

- Proven track record working in close connection with product teams and to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
