💼 Full Stack Product Engineering Lead (Rails)

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Full Stack Product Engineering Lead with expertise in Rails, ready to dive into building software products alongside our CEO.
This role is for someone who loves the process of creation from the ground up, offering a balance between hands-on development, guiding a team, and a strong focus on user experience and design.

The Role
- Building Products: Lead the technical development from initial concept to live deployment, ensuring the final product aligns with our vision and offers an outstanding user experience.
- Technical Decision-Making: Choose the right technologies and frameworks, including Rails and Tailwind (or similar), to build reliable and maintainable software solutions with a strong focus on design.
- Working with the CEO: Offer your insights on product strategy and development, helping to guide the direction of startups.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven Rails development expertise, covering both front-end and back-end, with at least 5 years of experience. Ideal candidates have contributed to early-stage and scaling B2B SaaS projects, prioritizing user experience and design.
- Strategic Input: Ability to contribute to strategic discussions, particularly in how they relate to product development and design.
- Mentoring Skills: Eagerness to support and guide team members.
- Flexibility: Comfort with the fast pace and changing needs of a startup environment.
