We are looking for a special person to match, empower and strength the core team complementing it with a complete and excellence knowledge of IT technology.
The ideal person should embrace the open innovation, be a real dreamer and maker. Creative, social, talkative, positive, solution-oriented and willing to share her/his ideas in constructive way.
She/he will be the CTO and will improve, develop and take care of:
• IT Infrastructure to manage all the data produced,
• Client portal as the product were clients can see the results of the tests. An interactive report with innovative and cool data visualization focused in the provision of actionable information.
• Data Intelligence, the use of big data techniques to understand the impact of the MWM in the wine properties.
Our CTO will organize and lead the IT development team and must be experienced, passionate, and conversant with practitioners in the following areas:
Technology – There’s no point defining what to build if you don’t know how it will get built. A CTO needs to be able to sit down, understand the technology stack, code and most importantly understanding the level of effort involved is crucial to making the right decisions. CTO spend more time day to day with the development team than with anyone else inside the business.
User Experience – The CTO is the voice of the user inside the business and must be passionate about the user experience. As biotech startup, you do need to be out there testing the product, talking to users and getting that feedback first hand.
Business – CTO is above all else a business function, focused on maximising business value from the overall IT infrastructure. CTO should be obsessed with optimising a product to achieve the business goals while maximising return on investment and efficiency.
Team work – Team building and coordination is essential make the company a global leader.
