We are a group of people working in IT & Product teams in Warsaw and Barcelona building a product known as Znanylekarz in Poland and Doctoralia in Spain.

Now we’re looking for Mid to Senior front-end developers to join our global Tech Team. The recruitment and onboarding process is online, and #fully_remote work (within Spain, Poland or Italy) is available. However, when the situation is stable, this colleague can travel to our offices at least once per year.


The challenge is as enormous as the scale and style of the whole DocPlanner undertaking - we are the world's leading marketplace for doctors and patients, enabling booking and management of doctor's offices (SaaS model). We are a leader in 11 countries, creating a tool for over 92k active doctors. What is more, 61.9 mln unique patients are visiting our website each month. Last month, 4.8 mln medical visits were booked on our website. We have 7 offices around the world, and our team consists of over 1000 people.

The Role

  • You will join an organized team where you will develop our internal UI library (UI Kit based on Design System), which is utilized across all teams to build our products.
  • You will develop tools to provide your team the ability to create UI library documentation
  • You will be involved in maintaining the UI library architecture development

Requirements

What experience and skills do you need to do a great job in this position?

  • Have more than three years of experience working on web applications.
  • You work with ES6+ and one of the modern JS frameworks. We work with Vue, but if you have experience with React or Angular - it’s not a problem for us. We are just looking for someone open for further development in Vue.
  • Passion for writing clean, modular, well-commented, readable, and reusable code.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and considerations.
  • You work with tools such as GIT, SASS, Yarn, Webpack, NPM daily.
  • You are an expert in SCSS and HTML.
  • You are proficient enough to work independently on your tasks, but also open to asking for help or challenge ideas when something goes wrong.
  • You can communicate in English – both spoken and written - intermediate level as a minimum.

You’re a great fit for this role if:

  • You are aesthetically sensitive and have attention to detail.
  • You have experience in Node.js.
  • You have experience in Server Side Rendering (using JS framework).
  • You know how to describe code using JSdoc.
  • You’re familiar with Conventional Commits and Semantic Versioning.
  • Never stop looking for innovations and improvements but also understand Business perspective,
  • Have passion and love to share your knowledge with others.
  • You are a great team player!
