Now, we’re expanding our engineering team in Barcelona and looking for a Founding AI Engineer to join our small but mighty team, someone ready to push the boundaries of what’s possible with large language models and UX automation.
📎 What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, beautiful, and functional user experiences for Uxia’s web platform.
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to turn insights into impactful design decisions.
- Work with minimal guidance, taking full ownership of the design process - from concept to final delivery.
- Help shape a fast-growing, AI-first startup building tools for Product Designers.
- Represent Uxia within Product Design communities and at industry events.
💪 Who You Are

You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) for a web-based SaaS or digital product.

Proficient in Figma.

Experienced with UX research methodologies and familiar with tools such as UserTesting.com, Maze, Userlytics, or similar.

Hands-on experience with Framer website builder.

Comfortable working in unstructured, fast-paced environments, where experimentation and iteration are part of the process.

You’re curious, self-driven, and excited to help define the next era of UX research — and deeply committed to making that vision a reality.
