Specific responsibilities are:
- Create and implement according to the Group
Policies and Guidelines the Offline and Online marketing strategy for
the country.
- To define and implement all action plans for Marketing.

Managing end to end customer growth via digital channels including –
lead generation, acquisition and loyalty actions with existing
customers.
- Define the Customer Journey Map and kpi´s for
every point of touch to propose improvements in the whole acquisition
process.
- Updated of Web Site. Elaboration of content and FAQ´S. Monitoring of the customer experience on Web site.

Manage all digital channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates) to
create brand awareness, generate leads and subscribers.
- Propose strategy and design test A/B plans to increase the performance of digital channels and engagement.
- Define and develop Dashboard, Conversion Funnel and all the kpi´s about the marketing campaigns performance.
- Monitoring and optimizing budget spent, KPIs and ROI for digital campaigns.
- Manage the marketing online campaigns and actions: SMS, Email Marketing, Facebook ads, Google Ads, Bing, Affiliates.
- Managing relationships with third parties such as media agencies, digital partners, social channels and Affiliates.
- Monitor competitors’ activity.

Search and research on new techniques and trends in the industrie. Make
recommendations proactively on channels, and conversion of leads.
Specific knowlegde:
- In-depth knowledge of digital performance channels
and digital tools for advertisement and analytics: Adwords, Paid Social,
Affiliates, marketing KPI´S, Google Analytics.
- Experience in working with third party partners and agencies.
- Knowledge or experience with Email marketing and Affiliates.
- Experience in building effective and innovative digital initiatives to increase online traffic, leads and conversions.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing.
A plus: Master in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce.
Experience in Financial industry.
Experience with UX optimisation.
Languages: Spanish and Fluent English C1.
