We are looking for a Digital marketing manager profile in order to work with a wide array of different paid media to identify and target a relevant audience to drive new and existing customers to the online store. Responsible for all the paid media channels, i.e. manage the process and collaborations that shall maximize engagement and consideration of the brand, along with volume and quality of purchasing customers to the site with regards to the set budget. This new profile will be incorporated into our Marketing team, in our Headquarters, in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).

  • Convert the global marketing strategy to a digital strategy
  • Responsible for leading the digital marketing team
  • Own budget allocation of staff/suppliers of all paid media efforts
  • Responsible for setting and deliver on goals and budget for all paid media channels & activities
  • Develop a holistic paid channel strategy and a specific strategy for each channel aligned with the brand together with the digital agency
  • Plan and set requirements for campaigns in relevant channels, incl. SEM, relevant social networks, display, video, affiliate and CRM
  • Ensuring the agency is optimizing paid media channels (including overseeing set up campaign structure, budget allocation and target audiences within certain channels)
  • Manage priority and direction to ensure that resources are spent on the most relevant activities, aligned between the different paid media channels – such as balancing display vs paid social budget allocation
  • Continuously assess and propose new potential channels and collaborations
  • Manage relationships, lead and coordinate the work of involved 3rd party suppliers when involved
  • Own the relationship with 3rd party suppliers for paid media channels and push them to continuously improve performance of each channel
  • Work together digital agency to continuously assess effect of digital marketing campaigns and optimize forward based on such insights
  • Work together with Headquarters in Germany and Digital Agency on attribution and tech projects
  • Be the link between marketing and e-commerce



  • Data driven and analytical
  • Strong and broad background within online marketing for large enterprises and experience in working with digital agency
  • Excellent understanding of how different media channels and activities impact each other (both online and offline)
  • Excellent understanding of paid media channels (Paid Social, Display, Online Video and SEM) both strategically and some through operative experience
  • Vast experience from analyzing and optimizing performance and budget across paid media channels
  • Good leadership and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills and relationship management
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good level of English
  • 5-7 years of experience
