Job Description

Launchmetrics is looking for a B2B digital marketing professional with 1 or 2 years of experience who is interested in developing their career in the field of digital marketing. The ideal candidate is familiar with terms like Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Hubspot, and Google Analytics.

This role is key to crafting, planning and executing the paid media strategy of Launchmetrics. This role masters paid search, retargeting, social ads and other paid campaign formats with acquisition and engagement objectives for segmented targets and accounts, increasing the opportunities of converting them into qualified leads.

You will also be supporting and executing a range of digital projects, including email nurturing to improve the generation of leads and automation projects. All with a high focus on engaging our target audience, and driving online growth. You will need to communicate frequently with various support teams to optimize the development of campaigns.

What you’ll do:

Paid Advertising

  • Execute, and maintain an ROI-focused Paid media strategy, collaborating closely with the digital manager to execute cutting-edge strategies and growth tactics.
  • Navigate seamlessly through Google Ads, and craft ingenious search ad campaigns including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid strategy, and landing pages.
  • Unleash your creativity in social ads campaigns, writing compelling ad copy adapted to our buyer personas segmentation, always thinking of obtaining the best possible return and CTRs.
  • Work along with specialists to launch campaigns across the Google Ads network, social media advertising platforms, and other advertising formats.
  • Elaborate reports and dashboards to monitor our results in Paid media. Present results on a monthly and quarterly basis extracting insights and conclusions.

Digital Marketing

  • Copywriting of nurturing campaigns, and other marketing emails. Strategic and persuasive approach to copywriting.
  • Operationally support different marketing automation activities: development of email campaign content, creation of templates, lists management, and reporting.
  • Support the email & automation team with email campaigns to improve the digital team's performance.

 

ABOUT YOU

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business-Related field.
  • You are a Native English Speaker.
  • Previous digital marketing experience, ideally gained within a business-to-business environment or a fashion, or beauty industry brand.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising.
  • Ability to coordinate projects effectively using tracking tools such as ClickUp and Notion.

Extra Credit:

  • You have experience in SaaS and B2B tech companies.
  • You have experience within the Fashion, Luxury, Beauty, or Lifestyle industries.
  • Have a particular interest in analytics and a growth mindset.
