About the department:

The Growth Marketing team is composed of digital marketing experts (User Acquisition, CRM/Engagement, SEO/ASO, Growth Marketing, Content/Design, Analytics). The team works in collaboration with each division of Hosco to deliver results for B2C and B2B performance objectives and drive revenue and growth.


Due to this growth we are now looking for Digital Content Manager to join the team to help us tell those stories in innovative, engaging ways to help power the next phase of our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic team based in our Barcelona office.


The candidate will be working alongside the Growth Marketing Director and the whole team to manage the Hosco’s content strategy and production, being this an important inter-area and functional role.


As a Digital Content Manager at Hosco, you’ll be responsible for partnering with teams throughout the organization to deliver on our global content strategy, providing the creative spark that takes a brief from a business goal all the way through to tangible results.



Your ideas and implementation skills will help to create content that:


  • Transforms views, clicks, and shares into engaged and loyal Hosco members
  • Grows our business globally by captivating users at every stage of the funnel
  • Makes Hosco’s online presence bigger than ever!

Some of the responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Evangelizing and perpetuating content strategy across the organization for successful growth;

  • Developing the whole content strategy, coordinating the content team (in-house team + freelancers) and producing the social calendar, and writing, editing, and posting content to Hosco’s social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);

  • Building the whole content strategy for the existing blog identifying new opportunities to leverage Hosco’s online presence, working closely with the SEO Manager to ensure the optimal content optimization and align SEO and keyword search results to content;

  • Working together with the CRM team to ensure highly performing content to engage Hosco’s community (B2C and B2B);

  • Coordinating cross-functional teams (Growth; Product; Sales; MarCom) to define and execute on a roadmap for implementation, integrating and repurposing content;

  • Collaborating with Product and Data team to produce content classification, tagging systems and taxonomy;

  • Following industry related news and topics so as to help us organize content around themes/key messages;

  • Identifying and attending industry-related conferences, courses, and seminars;

  • Building solid relationships with strong outside referral sources in order to promote Hosco content




  • 4+ years of content management experience in a web-focused company (ideally SaaS) working on large scale B2B/B2C organizations;

  • Experience leading content strategy across the entire web development process, ideally in a B2B/B2C environment;

  • A degree in Marketing; Communications; Journalism or a related field;

  • High level of English and good French (preferred) communication and writing skills;

  • Experience planning, delivering and executing content marketing campaigns needed;

  • Understanding of content management systems and strategies;

  • A proven track record building, growing and mentoring high performing teams;

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time;

  • Results oriented, data-driven and fact-based decision-making skills (Google Analytics);

  • Team player, proactive, motivated, curious, determined can-do attitude;

  • A strong attention to detail to be an attentive proofreader;

  • Strong communication skills to concisely communicate complex subject matter verbally and written;

  • Nice to have: passion for hospitality sector;

  • Nice to have: background in researching and usability;

  • Nice to have: background in Inbound Marketing (B2B);
