We are looking for a Data Integration Specialist, where you will join our Community team and offer support to our clients so that their data is updated and they can operate in our network (Bavel) sending and receiving all kinds of electronic transactions such as: orders, delivery notes, invoices, payments, guaranteed bank transfers, etc. You will also help our clients get the most benefit from the services we offer them.
📝 What will you do?
- Help our clients to ensure that their data is updated so that they can make use of the contracted services, guaranteeing their quality.
- Keep the database updated on our platform (Bavel) and intranet.
- Manage the requests and operational changes of our clients in our databases and platforms and ensure the correct implementation in order to guarantee proper functioning.
- Maintain communication with our internal and external clients.
▶What are we looking for?
- CFGS in Administration, IT or similar
- 2 years of previous experience in technical support or administrative profile in incident resolution (especially if you come from the tourism sector, travel, orders or purchases)
- Advanced level of English, Spanish and Catalan
- That you have good communication skills, common sense, an analytical mind, a passion for customer service and be decisive and proactive.
- High proficiency in Excel
