Job Description

You will be managing quiz games for some of the largest companies in the world. You will work closely with C-level and high executives, maximizing the customer’s experience with our solution. You will become one of the leading experts in the Atrivity solution and its multiple applications, while delivering excellent service to our customers.


You will:


  • Manage game-related projects
  • Have a strategic vision and tactical expertise and be the most technical expert in our platform
  • Be a strategic advisor and influencer for our customers
  • Develop contents and materials for customers
  • Deliver excellent service and quick response to customer needs


You are or you have:


  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Project management experience
  • Proactive team player
  • Customer first mindset
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • High communication skills
  • Passionate about influencing customers and developing recommendations
  • Analytical thinking


Requirements:

  • University degree
  • DNI (legal status to work in Spain)
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in customer success areas in B2B
  • Native Spanish, advanced English
  • Availability to travel (1 to 2 day trips mainly in Europe)
