Job Description

We might not have a "We were born in a garage..." story, but that does not make our history less interesting. With high ambitions, we are creating a product that offers our Millennials and Gen Z a simple and transparent way of managing their personal finances. Since Rebellion started, we have now a much more developed and optimized app (more features, more dynamic and intuitive, prettier,...), a physical card (for the physical lovers), and we have welcomed Teens (+14 yo with authorization from their guardian).

And now, continue to grow the team with the best professionals and creative ideas to continue developing the best for our users.


We are looking for 2 partners in crime for Maria and Marco, who can help us create an amazing experience for our users, and go the extra mile to help us scale and optimize our customer care. You love solving problems and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure user satisfaction.


You will be able to have a direct impact on the growth in one of the hottest companies in Spain. (How about that?)


You Will:

  • Master our Customer Happiness by having a vocationally customer-focused mindset

  • Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations

  • Help optimize the functioning of the department by analyzing different support resources

  • Address clients’ needs and provide ad-hoc support to anyone in the team

  • Ensure effective account management under any circumstances

  • Help achieve a very low rate of unsolved incidences

  • Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics

  • Adapt fast to continuous changes and contribute to making them happen

Requirements

You have:

  • You are in your last year or you have just finished your Degree (you are available to do an internship through your university)
  • Max. 1 year’ experience proven experience as Customer Success or Customer Support

  • Strong communicator: proficient communication skills in Spanish and English (mandatory)

  • You deliver at your best out of trust

  • Knowledge about the operation of customer service systems

  • Think out-of-the-box for any improvement we can apply

  • You feel comfortable working outside of your comfort zone if needed

  • Be focused, determined, independent, autonomous and a fast learner
