Job Description

At Medal, we believe sharing digital moments should be as simple as sharing IRL moments.

In this position you will be responsible for managing our growing community across social media and inside our products, interact with the community via forums and support tickets, and organize events for the community.

You'll also directly be interacting with users, making feature requests based on your experience and understanding of user growth, attending gaming conferences with the team, and directly affecting product by communicating user needs based on the metrics you collect in your data.

We are looking for extremely self-motivated people that require very to little management (and have highly specialized knowledge in their field).

- Gaming industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Gaming experience is a must. You must understand the market thoroughly,
even though you may have not directly worked in it.
- Experience managing or moderating gaming communities is a plus.
