Role:
We are looking for a senior Marketing Director to lead the marketing
strategy and the growth of the company. Reporting directly to
Deliberry’s CEO and being a key person for the success of the company.
You will have the opportunity to bring Deliberry in the next growth
stage as well as being part of the C level decisition of the company.
Define and execute the mkt strategy to achieve the business plan of
the company. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to work on it. And
you will be the owner of:
- New Buyers acquisition (on and offline)
- CRM strategy to increase AOV and user repetition and improve LTV and payback
- Brand and communication strategy
- Promotional strategy
- Pricing strategy
- Partnerships
- FMCG brands relationship and owner of advertising revenue stream
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Strong marketing knowledge and at least 5 years of relevant experience in leading a marketing team
- Strong analytics skills with the ability to track and analyze marketing campaigns and initiatives to show a demonstrable ROI
- Self-starter
- Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible and self-motivated
- Experience in digital environments, preferably in startups and/or experience in FMCG market
- Proven experience of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience in managing CRMs tools
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
