FloraQueen is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The
CMO will join the upper management team and must have experience and
proven skill from a previous position.
The main roles that the
successful candidate will take on will be leading the strategy,
implementation and development of: SEM, SEO, e-commerce, UX, brand and
communication, testing and product optimization.
Experience
FloraQueen is searching for an individual who is a team
player with a proven and successful track record in an e-commerce
company.
Experience in leading in-house teams.
Strong leadership skills.
Proven track-record of working with data analysis and familiarity with advanced reports and business intelligent solutions.
Experience
in leading e-commerce activities across international markets with
familiarity of cultural differences and preferences.
Proven ability to build, lead and execute quarterly and yearly work plans.
Hands-on mentality.
Leadership and ability to collaborate with team members within and outside of the marketing department.
The
CMO will be managing the following segments of activity. Relevant
experience of more than 7 years is a must and with knowledge of: SEM,
SEO, analytics and business intelligence, UX, brand and communication,
product optimization, e-commerce.
Additional qualities will be proven leadership and presentation capabilities.
A team player with ambition and focus on the team’s needs.
Skills
7+ years of proven experience in a similar position in an e-commerce capacity
Very good knowledge of the e-commerce environment
Strong project management skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Being able to work within a team environment where cross-department collaboration is essential
