We are looking for an experienced and talented Product Manager.
You will work closely with experienced developers and designers from
different countries and companies (inside the Rakuten Corporation).
Responsibilities:
Improve and manage the Product Management process
at Wuaki.tv in the backend area (product backlogs, sprint review
meetings SCRUM)
Gather and analyze feedback from the customers, the
market and all areas of the business (upper mgmt, marketing, content,
customer serivce, operations)
Identify, define and propose new product features and improvements.
Write detailed and prioritized product requirements to create new functionality and features and improve existing ones.
Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on product objectives.
Monitor the progress of new features and approve and
coordinate products launches with relevant internal/external teams and
device manufacturers.
Coordinate with QA the verification of deliverables of the Development Team and decide if they’re production ready
Define and analyze metrics that measure the success of products/ solutions performance
Coordinate with Customers (internal/external) to consider their feedback in continuous improvement mode
Requirements:
Product requirement and product initiation documents editing
Manage the product backlogs, sprint review meetings
Monitor performance and core KPIs weekly
Improvement & track actions proposals
Maintain the relationship with partners and suppliers
Professional skills:
Natural ability to understand customers needs
Excellent understanding of systems architecture and
technologies (ideally User registration/authentication systems, Payment
systems, CMS and Databases)
Knowledge of API technologies and 3rd party integrations
Previous experience in internet related companies and outstanding references
Previous experience with Agile development processes
Ability to work with different people across teams effectively
Speaks and writes English and Spanish
