UX/UI Designer en Barcelona

PAYCOMET is a booming fintech part of Banco Sabadell Group. We provide an omnichannel payment platform that helps merchants to receive payments worldwide, safely and easily. We offer our solution to different kind of businesses: e-commerce, marketplaces, phone sales, retail stores, hotels, booking platforms…

We are seeking for a talented UX/UI Designer who possesses a passion for branding, marketing and pushing web & mobile technologies to the limits. The candidate will work with PAYCOMET teams to design and build both our brand and digital products.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

• Execute all visual design stages
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Research and propose artistic styles for UI according to the different target audiences of projects
• Work closely with marketing team to design and execute banners, landing pages and other marketing and brandings elements
• Work closely with development team to design and build digital products
• Collaborate with external partners
• Cultivate a high-performing, healthy team with authentic communication and continuous coaching

WHAT WE LOOK FOR :

• At least 3 years of relevant experience (client-side or agency)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
• Creativity and a keen eye for layout, color, and typography
• Solid knowledge of interaction and visual design principles
• Proficiency in a wide variety of tools for visual design, conceptual design, prototyping, including but not limited to apps such as Sketch, illustrator, photoshop, Invision, etc..
• Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc)
• Experience with WordPress CMS
• CSS3 / HTML5 knowledge
• Passionate about troubleshooting and solving problems creatively and efficiently
• Hands-on attitude, proactive, multi-tasking, and focused on exceeding expectations
• Used to work in a fast paced and vibrant way
• Previous experience in fintech/banking/ecommerce environments would be a plus
