Junior Data Engineer en Barcelona

Key Responsibilities:

The Junior Data Engineer will be a member of the Business Intelligence team based in our HQ in Barcelona.

The ideal candidate will help in the ETL processes involving the collection of data from both internal and external data sources, in order to present the most reliable and up-to-date status of the company.

The required skills for this position are:

* Python

- Python3 is a plus

- Python ETL tools such as Luigi, Airflow or similar.

- Pandas

- Numpy/Scipy

- Unit testing

- PySpark is a plus.

* MySQL/PostgreSQL

* Usage of third party services' APIs which may also include OAuth

* Git or other version control systems.

* Experience on Data warehousing solutions.

The desirable skills are:

* Python stack:o Django

- Celery

* Data processing/analysis:

- Apache Spark/

- Excel

* Data visualization and client-side:

- Javascript, either server-based or client-based

- D3 and other charting/visualization tools.

* Other tools:

- Redis

- RabbitMQ

* DevOps (basic notions/familiarity):

- Docker

- Google Cloud Platform
