We are looking for a JAVAScript Solutions Architect.

His/her mission will be creating reusable, scalable and maintainable software architecture in our company, using JAVAScript and related frameworks and other advanced front-end technologies in order to guarantee performance, code quality and maintainability of our platform.

This role must have a solid front-end technology background, using JAVAScript as a main language. Previous experience in high traffic websites is required for applying to this position.

This candidate must be used to work with new web technologies and within an agile development environment.

Main tasks & Activities

  • "Product Owner" of the code

  • Study of new capabilities for the team

  • Choose technologies to use and prepare designs

  • Decision-making at the technological level, support for resolution of doubts
  • Align the different teams when it comes to operating

  • Communication with the business side, needs analysis and transmission to development teams

  • Architectural software decisions in general

  • Build the new platform with new technologies such as ReactJS, redux, react-router, Server Side Rendering, NodeJS, Webpack2, etc.

  • Develop JAVAScript solutions that scale well in the browser.

  • Perform regular code reviews with the team

Minimum requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • Fluent in English language

  • Proactive and dynamic person, motivated to grow within tech team

  • Motivated on using up-to-date technologies

  • Person who bring new ideas and proposals to our team

  • Experience in JAVAScript Development and JavaScript Design Patterns

  • Experience of building RESTful services with NodeJS

  • Performance: techniques and tools to optimize high traffic websites

Some high valued requirements

  • React, redux, react-router, webpack 2, code splitting, server side rendering, nodeJS and express, ES2015-2017

  • MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch

  • TDD / BDD with Jest, Enzyme, Mocha, Cha
