Broker Genius is looking for a Manager for their DevOps
group. You will be responsible for the security, deployment, scalability
and high availability of our business’ software products. Your current
team includes two engineers in Barcelona, two engineers in Pakistan, and
a new Barcelona recruit coming on board. We support both cloud-based on
on-premises deployments using a combination of Kubernetes and homemade
docker deployment tools.
Your success will be measured in how well you can keep the
team productive on the most critical tasks, and how frequently you can
ship a stable, secure product. In brief, if the system stays up,
deployments are turnkey, developers have the DevOps tools they need, and
the system is secure, you’re doing well.

About You
-
Strong prior experience managing a DevOps team in a startup--this is not your first management role, and not your first startup.

Demonstrated expertise with security, audit, and protection tools.

Experience with modern CD tools, especially Kubernetes.

Experience in both cloud-based and on-premises deployments.

Hands-on skills that you keep up-to-date, even if you spend most of your time managing.
