Teads Big Data team is looking for a Data Engineer to create innovative and scalable data processing technologies.
What will you do ? Your mission will be to :
- Propose new ways to scale our platform to crawl hundreds of gigabytes of data daily
- Develop high-performance code to provide live statistics and reports, answering year-wide queries in seconds
- Work together with the machine learning team to improve our engine performance
- Research new technologies to empower our clients to request just
about anything about their business, and still answer in seconds
What do we require?
- BS Degree in Computer Science or related fields with a strong coding inclination
- Strong communication skills both written and oral, and a great team spirit.
- Proven experience in hands-on skills in deploying ETL workloads at scale
- Knowledge of the technologies in our stack, or equivalent,
is a big plus (we mainly use Kafka, Storm, ZooKeeper, Hadoop, Spark and
Cassandra)
- A Scala or Java experience is appreciated
