We are looking for a highly ambitious and personable individual to join
our Customer Success team. In this capacity, you will be joining our
overall Growth team and will be responsible for some of Collective iQ’s
largest clients, implementing the highest standards in customer service
and maximising revenue, in the sectors of consulting, private equity and
corporate. We are interested in someone from the Nordics to manage our
relationships in the region.
We are looking for someone with an
exceptional level of commercial drive and relationship management.
Within the accounts we have won there is huge growth potential, and we
are looking for someone who is excited by that and is capable of driving
it.

Responsibilities
- Account ownership of some of our largest customers ensuring revenue goals are overachieved
- Build and grow relationships ensuring all stakeholders understand the Collective IQ value proposition
- Partner with customers to establish business outcomes and set KPIs in order to tack and deliver outcomes
- Active revenue growth into sister accounts / new offices of firms where we have relationships
- Continuous iteration and development of our collateral
- Active involvement in developing our tech stack capturing customer requirement
