Job Description
The position hinges on building sophisticated processing pipelines
for neuroimaging datasets. You will improve advanced morphometrics and
brain-parcellation techniques in structural MRI and rs-fMRI. You will
also support several external research partners and clients to develop
new neuroimaging analyses.
The challenge is to handle multidimensional medical datasets. Mint
Labs is a cloud computing platform that focuses on integrating diverse
clinical, imaging, genomic, and other data to improve the evaluation of
disease progression and response to interventions. You will start a new
project by developing neuroimaging analysis tools to answer clients’
needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prototype and develop complex processing pipelines.
- Develop reliable, readable and maintainable codes and test cases.
