Our ideal candidate would have
- 4+ years of professional experience in user experience and digital design
- Very high proficiency in UX/UI software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge demonstrated in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D or other equivalent 3D software
- Demonstrated proficiency designing across multiple platforms (Desktop Web, Mobile Web, iOS, Android)
- Demonstrated understanding of design thinking techniques and user-centric design principles
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, including adapting to new challenges, scenarios and work methods
- Ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to proactively identify usability issues, take ownership and create potential design solutions
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
- An open mindset to receive constant feedback and constructive criticism
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Any other language, especially Spanish, would be a plus

About the role:
The main responsibilities of the UX/UI Product Designer at Crisalix are divided in 2 areas:
- Prototyping, User Testing, Visual Design (UI)
- Designing a holistic User Experience (UX) for our Customers.
- Use design thinking techniques and user-centred design principles to create and iterate on design solutions that meet our customers’ needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and brainstorm solutions that fit those needs
