Your day-to-day
- Reporting directly to the CTO, you will create a supportive environment where your team can self-organize and grow to achieve their goals. By following XP principles and practices, you will have a real impact on software development.
- Our Tech Stack: Our technological stack is based on the .NET platform, but we value engineering skills and the willingness to learn and adapt above all else. Following agile principles and practices like TDD, you will have a real impact on our software development process, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- The Team: You will join an autonomous team that promotes growth and continuous improvement. We value the desire to learn and improve, and you don’t need to be an expert in everything. We are looking for confidence, technical competence, and collaboration with your peers.
